She doesn't have a lot of muscle mass to speak of. She's pale white, with a brightly glowing blue-white tattoo on her right arm, long black hair that's shaved on the left side and bright blue eyes. She has a haunted look about her. Notably, she has cybernetic implants along the side of her head and her back. • Abilities Angel's canon siren powers are: the ability to teleport items from one location to another, to "look forward and backwards" on the timeline, and to interface with technology. In terms of what characters can observe, she'd likely only have interfaced with her Marvelous device, so she can use it without needing to open it. Her eyes glow when she uses her powers, and it's accompanied by a distinctive noise, but her other two powers won't come into play without prior discussion. • Residence Address: Oleander ###. • Additional Notes Angel comes from a hyper-violent canon (Borderlands 2). Killing, stealing, maiming and feeling justified while doing it are pretty much the norm, there. Additionally, her father is Handsome Jack, a character that is genocidal and manipulative, along with verbally abusive at points to her. Canon Point: Just before her death/deactivation of Control Core Angel
Character Goals: I really like the creeping utopia/horror aspect of Project Marvelous, as it mirrors a lot of the issues she had with her father - he seems to have cared about her in some way, but he also was afraid of her, and kept her locked up in a way that allowed him to utilize her powers, because Handsome Jack is nothing if not a magnificent monster who thinks he's justified. Her control core both protected her from others, and she was well cared for; but being physically safe doesn't mean that everything was fine. It'll seem a little more freeing, at first, but she'll realize she's just exchanged one cage for another.
It'd be nice for her to have a chance to assert herself and make decisions - although this will likely overwhelm her from time to time. Also, the fact that she's got a somewhat skewed sense of right and wrong, what's justified and what's not. Coming up against people who are good, and not just good enough/saying they're the heroes, will be an experience for her.
On a personal note, I'd like to give her time to grow out of her shell - to be more than just a voice over a network, to actually be able to take action - and potentially self-sacrifice if it comes down to it.
Special Concerns: Angel in canon was held in a special facility, where she was pumped full of a substance called Eridium that enhanced her powers - to the point that being disconnected from it killed her within minutes. I did check with the mods that she would be provided Eridium, but I'd like to go with that she's already undergone a bit of therapy to scale back the connection, while still requiring it regularly since stopping cold turkey would be, well, disastrous.
(Also, I'm just imagining her wandering around with a glowing purple bag of liquid IV strapped to her).
On top of that, her powers are never really clearly stated in canon - she can interface and alter computer programming throughout Pandora as long as it has a Hyperion systems connection, transmat/create items for people who need them, and can look "forward and backwards" along the timeline.
Knowing that Marvelous' coding is unhackable, I'd like for her to be able to interface with it enough to work it "hands free". She can't do anything that can't be done with the devices themselves, but she doesn't need to be physically touching anything to use it.
The transmatting of items, if possible, I'd like to be items only she has or, with player permission, she has actually seen. The last thing, looking forward and backwards on the timeline, only deals with her immediate locale, and only deals with lets say, a limited time forwards and backwards (and again only with player permission).

Summarize yourself in 20 words or less. Smart, quiet, and skilled. [ there's a moment, where she appears to be thinking things over, and then, much quieter, ] Lonely, unsure, and determined.
What's your home life like? [ a very pregnant pause. ] It was… complicated. I wanted for nothing in terms of shelter or food, I was loved, but I don't think I was ever truly cared for.
[ that's hard, figuring out how to reconcile your own father with the monster he became. hearing him beg the people you asked to free you by killing you not to murder you. knowing the thousands of people - bandits, good people, bad people - he had killed to create his 'utopia'. ]
Tell me about your favorite people. They are ... brave. Nothing can stop them, even attempted murder - they are close to each other and it makes them strong. Or maybe it's their desire for money that drives them. [ she chuckles. ]
They control their own destiny and do not cave to other's whims. They don't listen to people, if they don't care about them. And they don't talk too much.
Was there ever a "turning point" in your life? Explain. Yes. [ without hesitation. ] Recently. I had been trapped, for quite some time, made to do some things I regretted, and I was able to be... freed. It was liberating. To feel the chains lifted after all that time.
Do you perform well under pressure? Yes.
[ she's lied, she's been threatened, watched people get annihilated off the face of the planet. ]
If you went to a deserted island, what two things would you take with you? Eridium. And…. an EchoNET device, I guess. Any device that I could work, really.
How do you normally spend a Friday night? The same way I spend every other night?
If a genie granted you a single wish, what would you wish for? [ there's a pause here, her weighing her options. there's a lot of things she could wish for - a lot of things good and bad. in the end: ] To feel the sun on my face again.
Do the ends justify the means? …. Sometimes. [ handsome jack told her the ends justified the means, that the death would be worth it some day. in a way, she still believes it - but she doesn't believe it whole heartedly anymore. ]
